About Accordance
The Association Accordance was founded in 1991, the initial purpose was to realize research and conception of choreography among its members.
Some choreographic workshop groups enabled the exploration of creativity through movement, leading to numerous public performances.
In 2016, the Association introduced the practice of Yoga among its members; while childrens dance workshops were maintained until 2022.
In 2026, the activities are directed towards the practice of Yoga and the approach of meditative state in a research of harmony, global balance, and widening of consciousness.
Initially a teacher of contemporary dance, she acquired a rich and varied pedagogical experience having taught for many organizations and different audiences, since 1985.
She experienced spirituality through her artistic work in choreography, her attraction to arts and nature enriches her personnal research.
She became interested in Yoga in 2012, and decided to go deeper into the knowledge of it, by undertaking the 3 years training course at the C.E.F.Y. Manolaya in Avignon, directed by Christian Coupé.
She studied with him from 2013 onwards to graduate with a professor’s diploma of the FFPY (Fédération Française des pratiquants de Yoga), in 2016.
From then on, she teaches traditionnal yoga with Accordance at the foot of the Mont Ventoux, and presently in Sault (Provence).
She still follows the teaching of Christian Coupé by attending the yoga retreats organized at Anâkhyashram in Haute Provence, and gradually mature her own research.
Teaching of traditionnal yoga by the technics of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
The benefits of yoga appear as soon as a regular practice is instaured.
The body and its immunities are reinforced, energies are naturally regulated, and the mind settle peacefully.
A smooth and benevolent approach is given to each practionner, full attention to your personnal needs is provided at every moment of the yoga class.
No specific physical capacities are required, and no limitation of age is fixed.
A test practice is proposed before joining the weekly classes.
